Old time is fleeting runs through our hands Must move around a lot on other lands I would hold onto it and keep it but cannot Time and tides move and thus we trot You cannot hold on to time drat it So just keep smiling don't get in a snit Tomorrow comes and brings new times Just use it wisely not doing any crimes I would love to write for several more hours But common sense steps in to guide our way Sleep beckons and tomorrows another day We all want our own ways but time devours.
