Almost lunch time but I'm feeling
so good as I just had a lovely
shower,I'm clean and my
hair is freshly shampooed with
herbal essence shampoo and
conditioner.Love the stuff and
my hair looks great.Nothing like
a warm shower
and shampoo to refresh one.
I m hoping lunch is good as
the menu was not up when
I \was down for breakfast

I'm glad you feel good after your shower. I need one of those today but I have to wait for my husband to get home first.

@Hatley Lol it is hot here-but not as bad as most days because we just had a little bit of much needed rain today for about 20 minutes. I wish the rain lasted longer.

I use hot showers sometimes to help when I am super depressed, feeling cleans is a mood lifter
