What's for dinner? August 4 / myLot

What is everyone having for dinner tonight? Do tell! I'm on my own this evening so I'm not cooking. I'm relying on leftovers. I have low-carb lasagna-stuffed peppers and I have ham, sauteed yellow and green squash, and mashed potatoes (definitely not low-carb). I'm not sure which one I'm going to have but I'm leaning towards the stuffed pepper. Anyway, those are my options. That's the deal for here. What's happening at YOUR house this evening?

That sounds delicious. I never had lasagna-stuffed peppers. What's that like? I'm having spaghetti with TVP meatballs with water, a smoothie, and maybe a side salad.

Its basically half a pepper stuffed with meat sauce topped with ricotta and mozzarella and baked.

I have been so down lately I haven't been cooking at all. I cooked Monday night because it was a sort of early anniversary gift to my husband (though he probably doesn't know that but it gave him leftovers for work the next day). Last night he picked up fish and chips so we had the two left over pieces of fish tonight and then went for a hike to the ice cream shop for a cone. Thankfully there was a nice breeze out there because it's pretty darn hot.
