Psyco called the police and it backed fired,lol

Had a neighbor that used to be that way. When I was a child, she would call the cops on the slightest thing. One time me, two cousins, my brother and sister were all outside and it was around 9 at night. We weren't being really loud, just playing with a ball in our driveway. She called the cops on us because we were outside unsupervised. I was the youngest of the group, but everyone else was around their teen years. We didn't even leave the driveway. She also would call the cops because a kite had been stuck in her tree. Accidents happen, and it's not like we did it on purpose. On a side note, now that I work third shift? My neighbors used to have a bad habit of playing music loudly. Their lot actually has an echoing effect up to ours and I've had to call them and ask them to please quiet the music as my bedroom is located right next to their property line. I hope your psycho neighbor will learn to take things in stride.

Is she the same upstairs neighbor whose kids always make loud noises?
