How much water do you drink everyday?

Most sites I read from say we should have 7-8 glasses of water per day, but I find it may be hard to hit that amount especially on a very busy day, I sometimes forget to take a water break. I wonder if that's unhealthy. How much do you guys drink everyday? I usually take about 4-7 glasses.

I drink a lot of water. I drink about 7-8 bottles of water a day and that is about 16 of the 8oz glasses which is over the recommended. I love water and I stay very hydrated. I don't find it hard at all to drink the recommended amount. I have always been told that you should only drink as much water as your body needs and sometimes you don't need that much and sometimes you need more.

I don't drink enough water. I may drink a glass of water, maybe 2, but usually not more than that.

I don't like to drink much either, I think we must drink when we feel like we need it. When the weather is cold you don't need all that water, if the weather is warm and you sweat, you do. Same if you eat a lot of juicy fruits, you aren't likely to feel thirsty after eating a fruit salad, but while eating it, you ingested a lot of water. I often drink tea and soda because I want a good taste in my mouth, I will only drink water when I'm thirsty.

Let's see. I have to take pills every four to six hours so having a glas of water with those, I guess I drink about the same amount as you. If I work outside sweeping and stuff I get thirstier. It probably ends up being 7 or 8 glasses a day. As you get older and your kidneys don't function as well, usually they tell you to cut down on the water, interestingly.

I try to drink a gallon everyday but I almost never make it. I think if I cut back on the soda and made sure I had water with me everywhere it would be easier. The best thing I have done for my water intake is to keep a glass jar in my fridge full of fresh filtered water. Sometimes the water temperature makes it so hard to drink it down but it its cool it is more like a treat.
