What is your favourite food and why?

I'm from Asia and am not very familiar with western cuisine. I'm asking this question hoping to learn more about what foods are common and enjoyed elsewhere. People commonly relate Asians with rice or noodles. However I'll have to say my favourite food is cheese, because it's really flexible and delicious. It goes well on pizza, can be melted into food, can be eaten alone straight from the fridge, and can be simply added to so many meals, similar to how rice pairs with our Asian cuisine. What about you?

I like cheese myself, although not the types that have been flavoured with whiskey or lavender or most varieties with fruit in them.

Chicken, potatoes, pizza, and burgers. They are my top favorite foods. I love potatoes because there are so many ways to fix them and they are all good.
