Eating fruits before meal, during meal, after meal or no meal at all. Which is best?

I know all of us know the fact that fruits are one of the advisable food that we should be eating. But lately I had this confusion about when is the right time to eat fruits, is it before meal, during the meal, after the meal or no meal at all?

With my experience and what Nutrition said that the best time to eat fruits is after meal, with in an hour, because fruits have fibers and Vitamin C which helps to dissolve your meal.

@xela_r24a thanks, apple at morning, at lunch take any seasonal fruit, at lunch again any seasonal fruit except apple.

Personally, I like eating them after a meal, but you can eat them anytime, there will be no difference. Fruits are nutritious food, and the time when you eat them makes no difference on how the butrients will be absorbed by the body.

u can take them any time but you have to be sure that you don't eat anything just before and after fruits .in this way your body can easily take all the vitamins from fruits

Oh really? Because sometimes we use to make Fruits as our dessert, does this mean that we are not getting the vitamins if we do such way?

I usually eat furits after meals though sometimes before meals. I love fruits like apples, pears, bananas and watermelons. In summer I eat more juicy fruits, especially watermelons and whenever I want to eat, I just eat, but most of the time, after meals.

eat fruit with your meals or even in between as theres no reason not to and ignore the crap people who are not nurtitionists and have no idea what they are talking about have made up all sorts of silly reasons as when to eat fruit. ignore them.
