After graduated from an ordinary university, I worked as a laboratory technican in a hospital, which had no fun for me anyway. I repeated the same action everyday, again and again. In our lab, there is no talk, no laugh......even no rest. What should i do to change this situation? What will you do when faced with such thing?

You can always keep your eyes open for a better job but do try to stick to the one you already have since it's not always easy for fresh graduate to find their dream jobs right away...

I wanna a job can make money and learn something new and useful at the same time. Actually, it sounds a bit less realistic.

First you ought to put up a little bit because after all you are getting experience from the work that you re doing and look for greener pastures elsewhere when you feel you are a better graduate.
