Fifeen Minutes ?Do I Go Down And not Get Tested?

They seem to have no remorse over making us wait thirty minutes' to be told we cannot test you no test strips. Im furious inside over this as we are made to come here' to be tested. So Im off to be tested or not tested.

This needs to be reported. This is serious. There has to be a place where you can report such negligence. It is their responsibility to have those strips. If they won't let you do that yourself then they are responsible.
