Hope you had breakfast,lunch or dinner

Sorry for my late post, It's already eleven in the morning here. Though I woke up around 4:00 am I slept and wake between five to six, had coffee and pandesal bread. But after two hours, that's when I started to exercise. First I watch and follow the warm up routine done by the fitness blender couples seven minutes. Then I went to my treadmill and bike there for only more than twenty minutes. It was a nice combination since It's hard to do warm ups as I don't know how to begin. Thirty minutes later, thats' when I had my break fast. I had to boiled small portion while heating the ones that were on the fridge. I had a nice meal (corned-beef, scrambled egg, papaya relish w/ moringa leaves ) with lesser rice. Sometimes my breakfast had to be late because I'm not contented with the warm up alone.

I had a heavy breakfast today even though I am on a diet. My reason is just because it is the start of the week. :)

Hello @fcmondez as long as your eating something i think it takes hours before it digest depending on what you have ate. this time i just ate some omlette

@Letranknight2015 Omelette is great for breakfast because of the eggs. They keep you full longer.

Just had breakfast a couple of minutes ago. I had two pieces of wheat bread, some microwaved eggs, and hot chocolate. Corned beef sounds good right now! Hhhmmmm!

@Letranknight2015 I think there are more affordable brands of wheat bread out there in the market. Yes, I do. it depends on how many eggs are you microwaving. Three to four eggs, best that you put it at 45 seconds first and then check it out. Also depending on how well done you want the eggs cooked, you can nuke it for another 10-20 seconds.

@Letranknight2015 I am very rarely hungry although when Vin cooks his toast the smell sometimes makes me hungry.

You're lucky to have those @hostessman But I don't like going to the gym, last time I did it was at my cousin's condo, i felt intimidated specially if it's a some one who's more fit than you.

It was actually mom who cooked it @AkoPinay so with regards to the picture I've uploaded a lesser blur one I took a picture of it only through my phone sadly it's not good. that green is moringa leaves.

Pomelo is good and sweet potato as well, I haven't had that for weeks now. I drank pomelo juice yesterday and i thought it was four seasons flavor
