Do You Have A Calm Scene?

I heard a long time ago that each of us has our own calm scene. Some picture in your mind where you are calm, relaxed, serene, and safe. My calm scene is like the picture above.
A calm scene is a place to escape to when you are stressed, anxious, worried, etc. It is your own picture of where you would like to be. It is a place you can talk to God, if you wish, and find peace.
It is different for each person. I see myself sitting on the front deck of a cabin with a hot coffee in my hand, looking out at this scene, and communing with God and nature.
What is your calm scene?

This looks a lot like what mine would be. On the porch, coffee in hand, watching the sun rise perhaps in a forest. I love the woods.

@CinnamonGrl I love the woods too but I picture them behind the cabin and a free view of the water and mountain.

My calm scene is of the sea in the distance. Up front is a sand dune and tall grass where I lay and look out at the sea. Over to the right and in the distance is a cottage. I find this vey relaxing.

I always feel closest to God when I am on top of the mountains. It is a wonderful feeling.

i can't do coffee, but'm prone to takin' a cuppa hot tea outdoors 'n the early dawn 'f morn out. i'm blessed with a lil sanctuary 'n such brings that feelin'.

Mine would be sitting on that rock in the picture overlooking the water. I love being near the ocean or on the beach. I find a lot of peace there.

@HazySue Thank you. It is one of my favorite places to go when I need time alone to sort out stuff in my head. I find it very comforting. I also go there to talk to my mom and dad. I feel closer to heaven when I'm there.
