Hello Friends I have recently created discussion about drinking hot water to reduce weight, and cold water can gain weight for you. I got mix of opinions about same. You can still give your opinion for same on below discussion. www.mylot.com/post/2963861/warm-water-and-weight-how-they-are-related Now I got another theory. I wonder if it is true or not. And if it is true then how. I can't wake up that early in the morning. So i do my exercising and walking at the evening. I go for sports club for the same. One lady suggest me that I should come in the morning for getting more effect. Well, I just laugh and walk over. I don't want to argue with her as I was having no idea regarding it. Well, then I guess I can ask something like this on mylot. Lol, good place to find right answer. Is anyone here who can clear this doubt?
I have heard from many people that cold water can cause you gain of weight. I am still not sure about it. And also I have heard that if someone want to lose...

If the reason you are exercising is because you want to lose weight then exercising in the morning would be much better. There is a research done that says the people who have undergone this study took the same amount of calories the only difference is the time they had physical activity of 30 mins. Most of the people who had physical activity in the morning lost more weight than those who exercised at night. If the reason is you want to be more productive during the day, then exercising in the afternoon would work best because exercise increases cognitive function and you would likely stay awake after you had lunch and avoid that drowsy feeling after the lunch break.

Well my main goal is to reduce the weight. I don't know the scientific reason behind that. I mean if calorie burning is the same amount then why morning exercise do reduce more. Thanks for sharing good information regarding same.

@akp100 because you are in a fasted state during the morning. And when you are in that state when you work out you are most likely to burn fat at that time when you work out.

Ha ha.. Exactly what I thought. I feel better during evening, and that's why I am doing it on that time. I know if I will start in the morning then I will not able to be regular.

Fats develop more when we sleep so a night workout is actually good. Exercising in the morning though is more ideal.

Early morning our stomach is empty and we are more energetic since we just had a good night's sleep. So it makes sense if exercising in the morning is more beneficial as it also puts you in a good mood throughout the day.

True. Well, different people have different opinion. But I wonder if calorie burning is the same, then how can it reduce more weight for morning exercise. Well, there are few logical answer too so never mind.

Workouts in the morning is good when compared to evenings because the metabolism rate is pretty high in the morning when compared to evenings, its not that you should not do workout in the evenings you can do it but you can burn more calories in the morning than compared to evening.Workout with empty stomach is best.

Got your point. I will try to do exercising in the morning too. Right now I am quite regular in evening, so I don't want to left it completely. But I will try to be active in the morning from now on.

I daily workout i the mornings minimum for 1 hour maximum of two hour's but for 1 hour is for sure.I have lost nearly 25 kilograms of weight in this process. Its enough for beginers to work hard for 1 hour, strict 1 hour of work out is more than enough to attain physical fitness, good diet is a must.

I don't really know if exercising in the morning us better. For me exercise is exercise. I just can understand the difference between exercising 30mins in the morning or 30 mins in the evening. Normally i go for evening walks

It's just my opinion that exercising is the same either night time or day time. If you really want to get good results on being healthy and lean, a balanced diet and daily exercise would work.

That sounds perfect. Even I was confused that how time matters. But some of responses are good and have logical answers too. But yes doing regular exercise on any time with healthy diet will surely give effects.

Any water will make you gain weight that is why it is called water weight because you gain liquids throughout the day. That is why they tell us to weight ourselves in the morning before eating or drinking anything so you get your real weight instead of at the end of the day where you have gain water weight from the things you have eaten/drunk. I always work out at night just because that is what fits into my schedule better. As long as you get at least an hour of physical activity in it doesn't really matter when you do it. Plus if you are looking to lose weight then it is A LOT more about what you eat than working out. They are both important but it isn't 50-50 between them it is more 70-80 for eating and 10-20 for working out. Just cutting sodas out of my diet and not eating fried foods I lost about 10 pounds and then add in the working out and it dropped even more.
