A real day of leisure

It is nearly 8:30 AM. The lawn is mowed and edged. Neither of us has any appointments. There are no pool games scheduled, no ping pong today. I am not working. Anne has no meetings with her writing group or various quilting groups.
It will be a good day to practice my ongoing efforts to play guitar, write some, read and relax. It will be cool and might even rain some.
Isn't it great when a day like that comes along?

rain is that that wet stuff that falls down on the ground everywhere but here in Garden Grove California we have not had any for so long we have almost forgotten what it is lol
My day is f ine still early in the morning so I
have time to read, respond and do notifications too.

Sounds like a good day for you too. I found some pretty good free guitar lessons on the net, Justin guitar. He is an Aussie and seems pretty good in the way he presents things.

Today looks like rain here, too, though it's not forecasted to rain until tomorrow. I have a meeting to go to this morning. Tomorrow I'm headed off to a friend's place to help can some peaches.

@JamesHxstatic The last time I helped canned peaches was when I was a child living on the farm. My friend is going to have to show me the ropes all over.
