Did you ever had a situation when you are so tired and stressed out of all day working or on exams like me, and you get home watch some movie and you just can't sleep. Two hours of trying and nothing. Still waked up.

Happened to me last night. I finally got up and did work on the computer. As long as I was not sleeping, why waste the time? Going to turn in early tonight. I am exhausted.

take a shower or bath in the evening and then watch tv, let's see if you won't feel sleepy afterwards.

Yes, I have insomnia. I avoid drinking coffee and coke. I drink hot ginger tea with milk instead or cold sterilized milk and eat ripe bananas.

I have those nights when I toss and turn, unable to get to sleep. When that happens I get out of bed for a little while, maybe watch some TV or play a game on my phone before going back to bed.
