I love cooking with my crockpot in fact I just bought a new one last week because I used my old so much lol. Im trying a new recipe out for our Sunday dinner this weekend. It's chicken cordon blu. You put boneless chicken breats on the bottom, then ham (I use lunchmeat, ham), then shredded cheese and 1 can of alfredo sauce.

My favorite crockpot recipe is beef stew. I like to use chuck roast because it is most flavorful. You can make the stew and use it raw or from leftover roast. Either way, use the natural juices to give the beef stew a great flavor. I put in baby some carrots, big-sliced potatoes, celery and frozen green peas. Put in a small can of tomato paste, some salt, pepper, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder and a bay leaf, mix well and cook for 4-6 hours. I usually add the potatoes and green peas the last 2 hours of cooking time or they will be too done.
