Football Blast (A Poem)

Football blast,
Touchdowns and crunch time.
Bruising, hitting, pounding time.
Everything is not real fine.
Leg injuries, knee injuries,
Fighting concussions.
This can lead to the end
Of its own destruction.
When the injured outnumber the healthy,
Then changes need to be done.
Football injuries
Has the league on the run.
