Do you tattletale to God?

You know how sometimes children will witness another child doing something wrong or hear a secret then run off to tell their mum or dad?
Well I wonder if that's what people do when they pray to God. They tattletale on their loved ones, people they know or even strangers about doing something wrong or doing something that is apparently a sin in God's eyes. It's no secret that some and I repeat, SOME religious people are often throwing our sins in our faces. Telling us that God will not improve of this or approve of that.
Well, shouldn't it be the same situation like when we were children? Just let our parents deal with it. Why do some need to feel like they are in charge of putting people down who have done something wrong? Or...done something that God apparently doesn't approve of?
If I die and find out that God is real, then I'd prefer to hear him take it all out on me.
I mean go ahead and tattletale. I wouldn't care. I'd rather you be a snitch behind my back than bore me to tears with your opinions that is apparently the same as God's, while putting me down telling me I will go to hell. 
This isn't a stab at anyone I know personally but it is loosely based on what I have read from another MyLotter today.
Just let people be. Let them live. Enjoy your life. But also make sure your life is top notch before being negative towards other peoples lives.
Of course, it we are talking about rapists or murderers or anything disgusting along those lines then...well that's a bit different.

I used to write on German and British consumer sites before I discovered American blog sites. I was dumbfounded about all the religious zealots telling me what to do and how to behave to go to Heaven. I can't remember anyone caring for my afterlife on the European sites I was on.

@VivaLaDani13 In my ideal world religious people kept their trap shut and didn't talk about their beliefs at all.
Occasionally, Jehova's Witnesses ring the bells at our house. Their first question is, "Do you believe in God?". I never answer this because no matter what I say, they fire off the next question. They've learned all this in their seminars. I tell them that I don't want to discuss religion with them. Of course, the ask, "Why not?" I repeat my answer until they finally leave.

@MALUSE That is just one of the many issues I have when it comes to certain religions. I don't like people telling me morbid things like I'm going to hell or my loved ones are going to hell. Or pretty much trying to blackmail me into believing.

God knows what each of us do.. He does not need to be told anything...
I would say when someone prays for another they are not telling God what you are doing wrong, they are asking God to Help you find his saving Grace. or they are asking God for a way that they can help you to turn your back on the sin you are living with....
God told each of us to teach the gospel to the whole world....that means everyone.....
This is Gods world, God created everything...They are Gods rules, what better gauge to live your life by than what God wants.....or what God says is right.
It is not putting anyone down by telling them that they are doing wrong in Gods eyes...They have to know that they have a choice...they have the right to know that they are doing wrong in Gods eyes.
In Gods eyes a little white lie is just as disgusting, and wrong as a rapist, or murder...
God Loves us all, and God will forgive us all...Their is only one way and that is Jesus Christ...
You say enjoy your life....How can you enjoy life when you see someone you know and love doing something that will send them to hell.

@Daljinder Their is only one God..The creator of everything...Sin is Sin in Gods eyes, and yes they are all the same..God gave you the right to make your own choices....
The most important thing is....That it does not matter what i think is right, or what you think is right...All that matters is what God says is right....God is the Judge, and we will all stand before him, and I believe what he says....
Jesus Christ is the only way....That is what God told us and yes i believe him.......

@dlr297 Which God though? A Christian God? A Hindu God? A Muslim God? A Sikh God? It is all divided. Definition of God differ for different people. Some just go by basic goodness principle. Some follow the sacred text to the letter.
God is a know it all....He sees all. He knows all. So does internet for that matter. I have heard about God being omniscient, being everywhere,etc. and known it. Most of us had actually!
I do not understand how do one can state with such assertion and surity that God is about all that and more? WHY do even try to define God when in actuality we have no sense of knowledge about Him or Her or Transgender or any other gender?
Like you are saying here, in God's eyes a little white lie is as bad as a rape or a murder. With all due respect, I disagree!
There is only one way that is Jesus Christ. I vehemently disagree!

I think most of us are judgey in some regard. I don't pray for people I disagree with. I have a huge desire to change, say, bigots and religious fanatics. But these days I just try to stay away from that stuff. I can't change it and it makes my anger boil over. Probably raises my blood pressure. I'm sure not going to talk to God about them. I know we fundamentally disagree about innumerable things in life, me and the bigoted fanatics.

@CinnamonGrl That is fair enough. I think some subjects are better left unspoken. Some subjects just cause anger or upset. It's not worth it really.

I have never known anyone to "tattletale" to God about something someone has done. After all, God sees and knows everything. It would be silly to "tattletale" to God. If someone was to pray about you the prayer would go more like: "God help Dani see the light." No need to go into details with God.
People going into details with you are trying to get you to see "the way of your errors." People gossiping about you, or anyone else, are not very good Christians since the Bible calls gossip a sin.

P. S. I am also still thinking about that post. What's the point of such people being educated, being religious? All wasted !
