Tough workout tonight! After our warmup, we did 30 minutes of continuous sets of kettlebell sweeps, squats, and presses. THIRTY MINUTES STRAIGHT. Holy hell. First we did 1 sweep, 3 squats, and 2 presses. Then we did 2 sweeps, 4 squats, 3 presses. Finally, we did 3 sweeps, 5 squats, and 4 presses. Then we started back at the beginning with 1 sweep, 3 squats, and 2 presses. We just kept doing that for the whole time. I had a partner so we took turns with the weights and there was a little bit of rest time while she was going. Gotta love the Transformation Gym. There's always some crazy new workout for us to do each time I show up. I'm going to be so sore tomorrow.
