Charge Them More!!

I don't know about you, but I've worked in customer service before and some times the customers could be really rude!! I worked in a Hy-Vee deli before and my boss told us to treat every customer as if they even if they weren't!! With that being said, what do you think about charging being people extra for being rude?? I guess one would have to draw a line to what one would be considered "rude." I also think though that the same should apply for rude customer service, you should get a discount if you have some one rude in customer service. ~Peace~ photo courtesy of link provided below
A café in Spain has begun charging its customers more for their coffees and pastries if they are rude when ordering.  Restaurant Blau Grifeu in Llanca charges rude customers €5 for their morning pick-me-up while those who behave more graciously pay just €3

I had jobs as a waitress when I was a student and also worked as a shop-assistant. Since then I'm a good guest and a good customer. I always behave well toward personnel.

It would be nice to have to pay less if you're polite, and to get a discount if you get rude customer service but I don't think it would be all too practical. One person's idea of rude is different from another. For me, if somebody swore, I would consider it rude yet there are others who think nothing of it and accept it as part of speech. Although a simple please and thank you should be universal.

I think it's a novel idea.

May be an ok idea in theory but doubt it'd work in practice
