Sometimes it's a matter of perspective

I bet a bird sitting on top of that mountain doesn't think it look as big as these two. It was a fun trip and I love having photos like this. It just does make one realize that certain things are huge, and other things may appear big and not be big. What is big in your life right now? What feels big but might not be?

This reminds me of the notification at the bottom of the side mirrors on vehicles. Something about objects might seem smaller? than they actually are or something. It's good to think about such things from time to time. Like before you back up.....haha

My Big in my life at the moment is getting my hubby through a rough time of anticipating retirement. Its maybe 5-6 years to go, but he is so afraid of it. My motto for this year has been "be content" and so far it has worked for me, seeking nothing more than life gives me, and thanking God for every graceful moment.

is it money, or the change? Perhaps he could find a part time something, something to keep busy and bits of spending money, and parts to keep his mind sharp

Expenses are always big and then when I pay these all up, they seem like no big deal at all.

all is good with me at the moment...but you are right...perspective plays a big part in the worries and stresses of life...

That's great photo. IT would make an excellent jigsaw puzzle. I judge all photos by the jigsaw standard.

That's a good way to look at a mountain. They cut all the tree branches in order to fix the falling bricks and I miss them. The small birds and the squirrels wouldn't be visiting any more. When it happened I felt it was huge problem.

The Sky.
Right now the mountains with trees on them appear big. The sky above us appears big.

True things change as life moves on... the very things that are important now will not be so high up on your list a few years from now..

My own personal issues compared to the tragedies around the world. Sometimes I think I have problems until I watch the news and see what is going on, like in Syria.

What is big now? I do not know, may be the pond seems so big now that I have to clean it for winter.

Beautiful picture and just look at all that lovely white snow. Okay, I'll take my eyes from it for a moment. You were saying? Oh yeah, what's big in my life right now. The monumental task of losing weight. What feels big but might not be - the fact the unpacking is almost done. That was a big task.
