today,around two hours ago,i posted a rangoli design and asked which one is pretty (My previous rangoli or this ).. now i am unable to find my post anywhre. is it deleted?how do i know whre it has gone??

If you merely asked which one is prettier, that would be a 'poll type' question and not a discussion. Always read and follow the Guidelines. Anything which doesn't encourage discussion is very liable to be deleted.

If you posted a design and only asked a question it has surely been deleted by the Admin because this is a violation to the rules. I see that @owlwings already explained this to you.
