Frozen account on Opinion Outpost

So this weekend I discovered the pleasant surprise that I am frozen out of my Opinion Outpost earning site. This has literally never happened to me. And this is my biggest money making site I use - even though it doesbt amount to that much in the grand scheme of things - I still made over $600 this year with them between the product testing, surveys and side projects Now I am anxiously awaiting their response as to what happened - if its some type of error or if I am really frozen out of this site! The only thing I can think of is maybe using too many different IP addresses - I will go on while at home, at work and sometimes other miscellanious places. Ah well guess I better keep my day job. Has this ever happened to you?
