Have Your Ever Tried to Decided Quitting a Job on a Whim?

Some people decided to quit his or her job on a whim. There is no particular reason why. It may sound weird, but it does happen. I had quit my previous regular jobs with concrete reasons. At some point, it is also vital for the Human Resource personnel to know the reason behind why so sudden of quitting a job as part of an exit interview. I had jobs I really hated and would have quit on a whim but needed the money.

I do agree on that. There are some reasons why people stay in their jobs. One thing for sure, they needed to stay because of money.

@Hannihar At some point in my life, I can't deny that I had experienced this. But then, I usually find a better job to exit from that particular working place.

I've never quitted a job on a whim. Mostly I've looked for something a bit better or bigger and applied for it.

@JudyEv I think it happens. But we need to follow certain rules. One month in advance prior to leaving the workplace.

That's good to hear. It is better to have a reason before quitting the job. I had some colleagues before do such an action.

I usually have reasons to do what i do...but i guess if the person feels like they are in a safe place in their life...they can afford to do things on a whim.
