Zac Jackon reports the news on Tuesday the Indianapolis Colts have placed their special teams returner and wide receiver Quan Bray on the injured reserved list with an ankle injury. Bray injured his ankle during the Colts 26-23 loss to the Houston Texans on Sunday night. Bray is eligible to return to the team after eight weeks since the rules of the National Football League allow one player to return from the injured reserved list. The Colts promoted from their practice team undrafted Tevaun Smith to replace Bray on the Colts 53 man roster. Smith is a rookie who played his college football at the University of Iowa who joined the Colts in May but was released by the team in early September before the Colts signed him to join their practice team just after he was released. The Colts (2-4) will take on the Tennessee Titans (3-3) at Nissan Stadium in Nashville Tennessee next Sunday afternoon.

I don't know if Jackson is that valuable as to really hurt the team.

You may be right since Bray is a special teams player as well as a wide receiver for the Colts.

That is why many critics of the NFL call it Not For Long.
