Now, it's multiple myeloma.

Eddie is just 34, used to be so strong and healthy. Now gone.
Just talked with him. He was with my cousin Marie & their four young kids. He was so full of energy & enthusiasm when we were exchanging short stories about the kids. The next time I heard about him was his passing. What??? Why???
A common friend answered my cries. He said Eddie died of multiple myeloma, another type of cancer.
Another person very dear to me, now gone too soon.
What's happening to the people dear to me? They seem to vanish in thin air so fast!

It is, Ms. Judy @JudyEv . I feel their grief. I don't know how Marie & the kids will cope up. I know, eventually, they will. But it will be very difficult.
Know what? I pray, if one between me & my dearly beloved has to call it home, let it be me first. Been telling our kids, if your Dad leaves ahead, I will surely follow him soon.

Yes, Ms. Judy @JudyEv .
I'm just 59. But, because I am sick most of the time (more than 16 years now), I feel I will go any time. I like it tho, because as I told our kids, if their Dad goes ahead, I will follow, soon. That means they will be on their own. But am sure they'll manage. But not me, without my dearly beloved.
Why? Because I don't know what life will be if their Dad is no longer here with us.
Oh, call me morbid!

Sadly that is all a part of life. It is sad that so many people die young from so many diseases.

I am sorry to hear that about your cousin's husband . I suppose it was detected late already .
Was there no symptom , whatsoever ?
By the way , did you ask your husband , if it was in Embarcadero de Legazpi where they had their convention last October ?

Indeed.
Eddie was strong & healthy (so we thought). There was just a pain somewhere in his body. Went to the Doc for check-up. Only to ger shocked he had that invasive type of cancer. He stayed not too long at the hospital.
Re, the venue. It was at the Embarcadero po.
