What did you ask for Christmas?

Iam shocked at my siblings asking f or video games, and $700 things. I asked for a comforter, and shoes. I dont care if they are from Walmart. I will be getting my parents a $100 VISA gift card and they can buy what they want. I don't hacve money to get my siblings anything. But they are so greedy and expect things.

Not gonna lie... I'd be tempted to gift them all copies of Dave Ramsey's The Total Money Makeover book. Gently used, of course, because there's no sense in paying full retail price for most books. I know you don't need reassurance about your habits, but every time they open their mouths about their newest debt just think: the real millionaires are those who live like you do, within their means, rather than trying to impress everyone else with their huge expensive houses and vehicles.

They should have asked for more practical items especially since money doesn't grow on trees. And I believe your siblings are all over 21+ if I remember correctly.

Yes, they certainly think that. They expect expensive things yet whine they don't have money.

Wow! That's a bit too expensive. All I'd like for Christmas is a couple of books (used and thrift ones will do) and an angel figurine since I love to collect them.
