Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Once again, I want to thank all of my fellow Mylot friends from across the world. To those who celebrate Thanksgiving like me, Happy Turkey Day! I want to thank you once again for welcoming me with opened arms last year, being a good friend, following me, liking and commenting on my posts. I'm blessed to know you all! 
In about two to three hours, I'll be heading out to my brother's place for my first ever gluten-free Thanksgiving dinner (and dessert, too.) It would just be my brother, my SIL and me today--my two step-nephews would be at their dad's. I'll be back later tonight. I'll be doing my Gluten free meal report tonight or tomorrow. Enjoy your holiday weekend! XOXO

Hi Gita. Thank you. My SIL is allergic to a bunch of foods, including wheat and other products. So she has to eat gluten free meals. Here's the definition of gluten: a substance present in cereal grains, especially wheat, that is responsible for the elastic texture of dough. A mixture of two proteins, it causes illness in people with celiac disease.
