The culprit

I've tried posting 2 discussions a week ago but it hasn't reflected in my activity. I've tried posting 1 earlier, I got the same result - 0 Discussion. Isolating the issue, I think it's my phone. I can comment on other person's post but I can't post my own discussion using it. Now, I used my laptop and I'm seeing my post. Finally! Did you guys encounter the same?
