So I get up and start the routine of make bed, coffee, etc. to get woke up.

I get a text from daughter in Ohio that she found the Roku in their storage to send me!!

I am so happy since that means no more stretching around my bed to make the mouse work for the computer I have hooked up to TV for watching Netflix and everything else. Not sure if I can get my all access programs though. but still I am over joyed with getting it as soon as she gets it in the mail. Then I get on FB and the memory board pops up. It's photo of my baby Coco with her St. Pats day things on. She was only about 4yrs then. So I tell myself don't cry and go down that road. You have a Roku coming.

I am sure others have used such tactics to stave off depression. right?So far that is my day. and btw, my friend in AZ says I can take longer if need be. I told her after the holidays I hope. going to try and load the photo of my Coco

You have so many fond memories of Coco. And think of all the pictures. Think of it if you didn't. We do have to find our own ways to 'stave off depression'.Glad that you have some. I wish there was some way you could find a way of thinking about Coco's passing that helps you. Like that Coco is somewhere nice now and feeling now pain. That Coco is in sunshine and feeling good. No pain, no hurts, just a healthy little dog. Sure you miss Coco but you love her enough to her go and be in such a positive place. Come on, you can do it!

i do think that at times but i think my own selfishness causes me to miss her. that is the reason i think we miss people and pets that are gone obviously. so i try not to dwell on thoughts of her. then feel guilty for not wanting to think of her a lot. i am still a bit of i mess i fear. lol

Such an adorable picture of Coco! She looks very proud. We have Roku too and enjoy using it on the weekends especially. I hope all goes well so that you can move to AZ after the holidays.

i fear i dunno what a 'roku' 'tis, hon, but if'n yer happy, i'm happy. 'tis hard 't times to see those 'memories'. i'd a similar one this past week where i'd shared a few pics 'f a pup 'n some horses that're no longer with me. i jest remind myself that they've crossed that rainbow bridge 'n no longer're'n pain. i hope that all goes well with yer move back to arizona, when yer ready :)

hope i can quit worrying and let go of this place for long.

at least just today daughter sent the Roku from Ohio. it is a thing that can stream movies and internet on your Tv. just hope i can get someone to show me how to hook it up when it gets here

@bunnybon7 yer welcome :) that'd be my hope 's well, y'ave already been through so much. i'm glad she's sendin' that, perhaps somebody there can/will help ya? still dunno how such a gadget works? but no frettin', i'm purty outta the loop with these new-fangled thingies :) big hugs!
