Debating closing Inbox Dollars Account

Happy Tuesday! A few days ago I cashed out mt first payout on InboxbDollars in years (they do paid emails, paid surveys, offers, etc - sort of like a GPT site) while it sounds like a lot going on, I find it hard to qualify for many of their surveys and they seem lowpaying at that. When you go to cash out there is a $3 cash out fee (why on earth should I pay for my own money? Gah!) Someone told me about that part just recently. Then, afer I met payout they gave a "$3 payment bonus" to go on your next payout. AND then had you fill out a Satisfaction survey for $2. So they took a $3 fee to give a $5 bonus for next payouts check. I find this annoying because I dont know if I should close the account now. Anyone else dealing with Inbox Dollars goofiness?

I opened that account years ago and I never reached cashout. So I just forgot about it.

Me too. I was only doing their paid emails here and there but really kicked it into gear lately to reach that payout. But it tooj a lot of time, and many of their surveys take a lot of time and only pay 25 cents. And then charging you when you do finally reach payout? Ugh. There are much better sites out there for sure.

I quit them a long time ago,. The three dollar bonus is pretty much a joke and annoying like you said. It is just one of those gimmicks to try to motivate people, but not really a bonus at all. I find inbox dollars to be a time waster more than most survey sites and they are bad enough.

Exactly! Well put. The bonuses are totally a gimmick. Think I am done with that one.

@maezee That site is said to be good if you can get a lot of referrals like swag bucks and cashcrate. I just find getting referrals to be another waste of time because people are never consistent. Plus I hate trying to get referrals.

@crossbones27 Yes. It is an awful thing lol. I use Cash Crate and manage to usually make the payout each month ($20) through surveys. Not like thats an outstanding amount but it seems like CashCrate is much better than Inbox Dollars by a long shot in myopinion. I agree on the Swagbucks thing however . It seems like your odds iof making payout are slim to nil. Ha. On the other hand there are a few people on here that earn decently from Sb.

I just got my first check from them in the mail yesterday. I cashed it and bought more yarn (yay!). I don't bother with their surveys and offers, because....yeah, they are crap. What I do do, though, is take full advantage of their inbox tv on my ipod. I just leave the sucker running all day, and I get about 1.50 per day for just hitting continue when it asks if I'm still there. I've even caught myself watching it a few times, when I have it on food or medical advice.

@maezee I run the tv on my ipod so I can do whatever I want on the computer. There are "channels". It's like - popular, news, trending, cooking, health....there are some others. Usually I don't end up watching unless something catches my eye.

It's been awhile since I dealt with inbox . I did make some money but they do have goofy rules... Swagbucks is better. Check them out.

I did Inbox Dollars a long time ago, but can't remember why I quit. Something I didn't like. MyPoints was a good site, but I don't use that now either.
