Heat Stroke

It's not that hot it could go 40 but the 33 degree weather is giving me a massive headache. I'm young and healthy but I feel like I'm having a heat stroke. I hope the elderlies are okay. My friend from the other side of Western Australia just experienced his first bush fire. I don't know if I'll ever survive this summer. Ice cream is not even working.

That ice cream looks tasty. You wouldn't like the heat here in the American southwest.

@flapiz Right now it is gloomy in the 60s. It can be over 100 degrees in summer.

I always do sing. My elderly patients always tell me that it's nice to see someone happy in their job because of my singing :)

Just drink plenty of water for you not to dry up. While here, it keeps raining.

I've been constantly hydrating myself and although I'm very tropical I'm now avoiding the sun.

In time of that in our safety recommend drinking more water, before and after sleeping. Heat stroke does not exempt any one. Its all about the heat that circulate inside of our body, And eat friuts that produce more juices like watermelon etc. Or go under the tree if you feel exhuasted, Keep safe.

Yes it is cooling down a bit now. Aussie summer is really intense. Too intense even for a tropical girl like me.
