Second Cup Of Coffee

I am having my second cup of coffee right now. Unfortunately, I didn't make my coffee strong enough this morning and it is not giving my any extra energy as usual.
Do you sometimes make a mistake when preparing your coffee in the morning? I hate when I do this, I guess I wasn't paying enough attention.
That will teach me!
Today is a gloomy day again and it feels very depressing. Having a hard time to perk me up right now.
I hope that you made the "perfect coffee" for yourself this morning and that it gave you all the energy needed to accomplish your tasks.

I have a coffeemaker and have done what you did several times- as well as that I've made it too strong too so pay attention to how many scoops plus extra I need.

@MarymargII, I am glad that I am not the only one makings mistakes while making my coffee. Yes, I have to pay more attention for sure.

@marlina I lost my other scooper spoon and now have to figure it out- with a new scooper- I think I'm finally there and so hope I don't lose this one!

I just have one cup of coffee a day. It wakes me up in the morning. I love to try different flavors and brands of coffee.

@averygirl72 I buy always the same brand of coffee, I buy the whole beans, they are so much better prepared fresh every morning.

I use Keurig so coffee is always the same. Coffee doesn't give me energy, I just like the taste of it.

@marlina It never did that for me, well, maybe back years ago when I drank 10 or more cups a day.

My day is incomplete without having a coffee in the morning. I prefer to use 3 in 1 coffee. Easy to prepare and easy to choose what flavor you like that depends to your taste.

I sometimes make my coffee a bit too strong or a bit too weak. I am not one of those...it takes exactly 2 scoops..or whatever kind of people. I Don't generally make it the same way twice, but it is generally in the ballpark of what I like, kind of a medium..I don't like it too strong or too weak.

I've been guilty of making too weak a pot of coffee in the mornings too, so what I've changed to doing is making it before I go to bed at night. That way I have the water and coffee measured and all sitting in the coffee maker waiting for me to come along in the morning and press the start button, unless I use the programmed method.

I had two amazing cups of coffee this morning, and they hit the spot on such a cold morning. I'm actually thinking about making some more coffee for after dinner, since it's still pretty cold in the house right now (I turned my heat off this morning because I thought it would warm up nicely outside today).
