I still have a couple of holiday treats to make. I can't decide between 5 minute microwave peanut butter fudge, and Andes candy cookies. I am leaning toward the fudge because it has been a long time since I made something like that. I also have a recipe for red wine brownies that look amazing..but I am thinking I will save those for Valentines Day, or maybe for the Superbowl. What would you make? Maybe I will make both...I just don't want a bunch of fattening leftovers around. I already have some pie in the freezer!

I would make fudge everyone loves fudge. I haven't baked anything as i don't want that much junk in the house since i've already gained alot of weight so i'm trying to watch what i eat. But it sure does sound yummy.

The best way to get rid of those leftovers is to eat then now.

If you make both can you freeze some of the cookies or the fudge?

I used to love Andes candy when I was a kid.
