Sleepy in the morning.

I was in the hospital last night for a night shift. Now I'm home. It's already 7 a.m here. But I feel so sleepy. I think I'm going to have a long sleep now. I'll have my breakfast after I wake up. I wonder if it's only me who sometimes feel sleepy in the morning.

I think it maybe your body tell you need to sleep. Sleep is good for your health.

If you work the night shift, I'm sure that's normal. I used to work third shift and always slept days.
