Good morning,home again and getting caught up here.
Some of us like to cook and some of us do not.
What is your favorite meal to cook?
I do not have one as Mike does most of the cooking.
I am sure that we have some great cook here.
Want to share your favorite meal to cook.

I tend to warm food up rather than cook it - mostly in microwaves

Vince does nearly all the cooking and cooks all sorts of dishes. I love roasts and chops but he also does stir fries, frittatas, pancakes and other yummy things.

Oh but it seems like you enjoy a lot of baking!
I love to cook, but I don't always cook creatively. Since we always have hectic schedules with the kids being in their activities and all, these days I like the meals that are easy peasy to throw together . . . any kind of salad including taco salads, fish, pastas, wraps. If anything, I like to eat

my wife cooks and i eat... if she is gone i generally cook a peanut butter and jelly sandwich

I would say probably pasta. There is so many things that you can do with the sauce and the sides.

I absolutely love to cook.
I don't think that I have a particular meal to cook, I do like to improvise and cook on a portable barbeque when we go out for a picnic. It makes you think outside of the box because the cooking surface is so much smaller-I like challenges!
I know that you like to bake pies.
My husband and son are wonderful cooks.
My son does all of the cooking at his house, and we enjoy it when we visit.

I don't know if I have a favorite. I like to experiment and come up with new meals. I know recently I needed to take some foods out of my diet. Cooking without tomatoes or tomato sauce is very difficult, but it plays havoc with me, so I'm learning to experiment.
