Since it has been so cold. roomie and I have both been cooking, in addition to the pumpkin soup, I made twice baked potatoes for dinner. He made chicken and meatballs stuffed with cheese. Tomorrow...I will make bread pudding. Do you like to cook when it is cold outside?

Yes, it is comforting to have something warm when the weather outside is beastly. It is going to be quite cold over the next couple of days..Feels good in here though.

We usually prepare several things in advance when we hear it will be cold. If the electricity goes out, we can at least warm up some soup on our camp stove or in the fireplace!

It seems a great idea to cook when it is so cold. Bread pudding sounds delicious.
