What's for dinner? January 16

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I am making Mississippi Pot Roast in my Instant Pot this evening. I will serve it with jasmine rice and some kind of steamed vegetable, probably cauliflower. I've never tried this recipe before so we shall see how it turns out. Everyone seems to rave about it, including my father, so I have high hopes for it.
That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

That sounds tempting. I'm having Christmas dinner leftovers to finish it up, sans turkey and gravy. Leftover mashed potatoes, yams, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce and biscuits. I'll have cider and water to drink. I might do ice cream tonight with eggnog.

We just had some simple bean soup for lunch and a bit of spaghetti for dinner. Tell us how your pot roast came out. It sounds great.
