Trying To Know The Name Of This Beef Dish

It's a beef dish delicately softened including outer skin. The spicy taste just perfect with cinnamon. It was pinched with a kind wine. The sad part is that I don't know the name of the dish. I asked from the waiters who cater the food but they don't the name either. But hey, I love the tenderness of the meat and the taste.

The tenderness of the meat and the taste make them forget the name

In a catering, if not for that outer skin and the cinnamon, it could have been steak

I have no idea... I'd think the waiters should at least know the name of dish they're serving...

That is my point, too bad they have no idea at all. When a person or customer is asking, they should know the name.
