Do you have a set time to go to sleep?

I usually sleep at dawn. I can't sleep early at all, even though I'm immensely busy the next day. But I don't have a right time to sleep, sometimes it's a bit early or a little later than usual.
As I am already accustomed to this sleep rhythm, I don't usually get tired.

Most we know do have a set time. This is supposed to be a healthy way to get a good nights rest.

@PatZAnthony Yeah, but the problem is to follow a schedule every day.

I'm often tired all the time! I don't have a set time to sleep, though. I did try because it's supposed to help regulate the body so you're not tired if you have a set time to go to sleep and a set time to get up. I do get up around the same time each day. I found it wasn't practical to go to bed at the same time each night as we were doing different things at different times.

I regularly go to sleep at 8:30 p.m. That is the normal time I go to bed

No set time here! Last few days I have been sleeping in the day and working at night.
