Little things..

It is never too late to make a positive change in our life. So, I've decided to go to bed early tonight because I've been spending sleepless nights almost everyday. I do nothing but scroll my Facebook and Instagram newsfeed and I think it's affecting my health a bit. By health I mean both physical and mental. I get tired so easily and feel lazy all the time. I couldn't concentrate on my studies which is affecting my grades and what not! So I hope I can maintain this healthy routine of "sleeping early". Anyway guys tell me if you've made any changes in your daily life. Goodnight. :)

If you can compensate your studies then you don't have to worry about it. Talking about the sleeping part, you should try to wake up early. In this way at the end of the day you will be tired and then you will have a good night.

Very nice. I hope that you get some good sleep and wake up feeling rejuvinated! I personally got almost 11 hours of sleep last night - too much sleep. Have yourself a great day!

I agree so much! I try to go early to bed now too because those late nights made me feel weak the next morning. good luck with those changes! :)
