Vivo 51y hangs, help!

I feel OK awhile ago but now that my sister phones hangs I feel uneasy. I just hope it will stop hanging it's been awhile now. I saw on you tube that some if it hangs for 3 hours. I hope it will not hang that long.
We have the same phone. Mine got hangs sometimes but it goes back to normal after a few seconds. O don't know what happened to. My sister's phone. She's just trying to surf the net.
Anyone know how to fix Vivo 51y? I hope anyone can help me.

Some locally made phone in our country hang, it's good my Samsung is no like that now... reliable.

This appears to be a known problem with Vivo (according to an Internet search), especially with Facebook, &c notifications. The solution seems to be to go to the Vivo service center to update your phone's operating system/firmware.

That's why my facebook notification do not update every minutes. It's still hanging right now. I hope I don't have to go to the service center of vivo. I hate the hassle of travel.

No clue how to fix the situation you are telling us about. The only thing my phone does (and this is bad, we know) is, it will call out to a number I have recently texted to, which is just spooky.

I think vivo is the best camera quality phone. The speed of the phone is depending upon the size of the RAM and speed of the processor. To fix it, better close the unwanted applications by stopping them in background running applications.

Hmmm Maybe she had installed lots of apps. I hope it's fixed now.
