Monday Hates You Too! Really? For all those hating Mondays, here is a photo of a sign we spotted locally. Does Monday really hate you too? Some people just think so, but love Mondays or hate Mondays, they will always exist. Monday is always a good day for us, as are all the other days. We just try to keep our attitude checked and make it a good day, so Monday really doesn't hate us. How about you?

I like Monday. I feel like the week is ahead of me and I am not behind at anything yet. Funny sign.

That is a good way to look at. Maybe people should find Thursday or Friday discouraging. Almost out of time and so much work to do.

@paigea Thank goodness some get a weekend to recover from the previous days.

True. But Monday for me is at its best when I am about to do or start to do the things I love like blogging and not to be tied at the office.

It is probably a better day for those who have a choice or working or not working.

I can't deny it, I really hate Monday mornings, especially the moment when the alarm clock rings and the minutes after it, so Monday has any right to hate me for hating it, but as a consolation I have to say that I don't find Tuesday and the other ordinary week days very pleasant either. Anyway, after a few hours I usually manage to get past the inevitable Monday morning anxiety and I start feeling better, so Monday is not that bad after all. Anyway, no matter how much I dislike Mondays, I have to admit that they simply have to exist and cope with them.

If they dropped Monday and things started on Tuesday, maybe some would hate Tuesday more than other days.

Since all days of the week are the same for us I don't hate any of them and they don't hate us.

It has always puzzled me how some think that Monday is out to get them! How does this even make sense.

@PatZAnthony The same way so many other totally illogical things make sense to others.

Mondays don't bother me as I'm usually happy to start a new week after a busy weekend. When I worked Mondays weren't quite so much fun

It does seem those not happy about working don't appreciate Mondays at all.

I have no problems with Monday or any day. It is another day. Why do you think some hate Monday?

@PatZAnthony Yes, they must hate something, maybe work or their job. Since I don't work because I'm retired, I like every day.

@1hopefulman Some people (you have met plenty of these) think there is nothing to be happy about. They are the worriers of this planet, and have enough complaints to cover all of us!

To me, it means some do not like their life. If we enjoy what we do, it should not make a difference what day it is, should it?

I am always excited of Mondays. I love the way it challenges me since it is the busiest day of the week. It keeps my adrenaline up always and at the end of the day, I congratulate myself for having tackled all my works, if I didn't lose my cool for the day.

I have never considered Monday has a bad day, of course I liked more Friday when I had to go out every morning to go to work.

I've rarely had any trouble with Mondays. It was just a day and occasionally it was a holiday which was always good. :)
