I used to take a magnesium supplement but I don't now. Unfortunately almonds always irritate my throat.

Why not search and see what else has magnesium?

Almonds contain magnesium, but also plenty of calories. Raw spinach are the food that contains the most of magnesium, followed by nuts and seeds (not only almonds) and then oily fish.

Many people do not care about eating correctly to remain healthy. Just sad that something as simple as a change in menu can make a world of difference, yet people will choose to stay the course that made them ill.
