High Blood pressure or blood sugar? Do you get enough magnesium?

Raw spinach is great.. we can buy organic baby spinach here.. ruccola salad must be healthy too.. I use both..

I don't have high blood pressure or blood sugar so I must have enough. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Time for me to go to bed. See you tomorrow!
