Do you believe in taking aspirin for health? i think that it is something that can make a difference. I take one every night to keep me healthy.

I have heard about it on the news. Many heart attacks happen at night..it can keep blood flowing freely, and break down potential clots.

@amitkokiladitya I don't think one per day is over use, and in this case, I think the benefits outweigh the risks. It is wildy prescribed here, although usually in low dose form.

I think aspirin is a blood thinner so it's not advisable for those with bleeding problems or stomach ulcers. The benefits are subjective and differs from individual to individual.

I have heard beyond clot prevention, it may also be a cancer preventative. The effects are just being studied now.

I never use aspirin, it's not good for me. My husband for a certain time took a low dose aspirin than his doctor suggested to stop, it is not proven that it's good, but can have side effects.

They also recommend it, if you have a heart attack that is just beginning, chewing one can help prevent it.

@snowy22315 I know that I cannot take aspirin because I am allergic, I could never chew an aspiring even in case of heart attack.

they say that aspirin has a side effect and can damage your liver and kidney but maybe taking too much for it. I am not medicine expert but I think you should consult your doctor to prevent any side effects or any interaction to your health.
