They look very attractive yes, but according to the experts, wearing high heels can cause a myriad of problems for our body structure , including -- hip, knees, ankle and lower back pain. Yes - high heels do look great - and men love to see women in heels - but how comfortable are they? and what about future health issues?. Some women wear them every day, while others do so on special occasions only. What about you? Do you have high heels in your closet and how often do you wear them?

Sorry! I don't even one pair of high heels. I have no idea the acrobatic skill it must take to walk in heels.

I haven't worn very high heels for ages although I quite like a small heel. I know they say this but some people seem to get away with wearing heels for years with no ill effects.

That is quite true - and they are quite comfortable wearing them too.

I also would opt for comfort - unless it is a very special occasion.

I haven't worn high heels in ages. Now comfort is more important than beauty.

I haven't either. The last time I think was years ago when I was having some photos taken.

Yes, I have some pairs of high heels in my closet. I wear high heels shoes to school everyday. They're uncomfortable, therefore I often put them off while I'm sitting down behind my desk.

A lot of women do that , they usually walk with an extra pair of shoes - heel less.
