Would you prefer to travel alone or with family / friends?

February 12, 2017 1:12pm CST
I like traveling with my family or my friends, but I confess that I much prefer traveling alone. I can always go (and come back) anywhere any time that I want, without having to put everything on the vote (which is pretty boring... at least for me). I greatly value my freedom, and this I can have only when I am alone.

Yes mood and place will be the key deciding factors.

I don't mind either one. I think that both can be fun. It can be nice to travel with friend and family, and do things with them, together. But sometimes it can be nice to just do what I want, at my own pace.

Amen. Alone. You are the captain of the ship calling the shots and doing what you want when you want.

I like travelling with friends or my boyfriend on vacation trips. For business or personal trips, I prefer being alone. Traveling alone helps me think and take important decisions.

I think I would get a bit anxious if I had to travel alone. I'd try to find someone I like to spend time with, someone who wants to do the same things I want to do. I'd prefer to be in couple more than being in groups, obviously. Alone, I would also feel like a loser. And I usually don't trust strangers enough to ask them to take a photo of me close to some building or landscape.

My husband and I always enjoy traveling the world together. It's more difficult with a group of people, but we all do our own thing and usually meet up for meals. I would not like to travel alone. I need someone to experience the joy with me.
