In today's fast life, there are lots of stress in everyone's life, work pressure, family, personal life, money.everyone is too annoying by little problem. we need a reason to be happy.There are many things we start for stress management like Yoga, laughing therapy.

I do yoga and other types of exercising. I am not familiar with laughing therapy, are you taking a therapy like that for stress relief too?

Doing things you enjoy is an instant stress reliever. Prayer, yoga, reading, meditation. So many things, we just have to remember that we need to breathe and slow down
