Monday is here once again

The weekends sure do go by fast. It is a cloudy day here today but the temperatures are quite mild. More snow will melt today. I drove my grand daughter to school this morning. She had a great weekend with her other Nannie. They went shopping so she was telling me about all the new clothes she got. It always makes my day to see her. 
It is looking like it may be a quite work day today. Not much happening now but things could change quickly. Don't have a whole lot planned for today besides work. We will go out for a walk after I get home from work. Now that the weather is much nicer we will start walking every day again.
Hope all my fellow mylotters are enjoying their Monday! It is a beginning of a new week and a day closer to Spring!!

@Happy2BeMe Lol! I've done two loads of laundry, had a friend visit, changed the sheets, and still want to dust and vacuum. Lots of fun, indeed!

I hope you have a nice day at work and it goes by fast for you so you can come home and go for your walk and enjoy the beautiful day. It is sunny here again today more snow melting which I love.

So you don't get the day off for Family day? I'm seeing a lot of my Canadian friends post about this, which I didn't even know existed until now.
We are celebrating President's Day, so I get the day off. My kids have the whole week off school.
I plan to go get a hair cut, and one of my son's is going over to a friend's house today.

@katsmeow1213 No I am in New Brunswick. Yes with this holiday it was that way. They left it up to each province to decide if they would celebrate it or not.

It's reported as the hottest day of the year here in the UK today. Mind you it's only February and you would expect the days to get warmer (I think hottest is not the right word), so big deal!
No snow here, but if there was, I am sure it would be melting away into the ground. 
Work wise I have just finished for the day, so I have missed the best of it. Or have I?

That is nice that is a holiday here. We have one in some of the provinces in Canada today. It is just called "Family Day" but we don't recognize it in the province where i live.

Happy Monday! Not a bad start to the week for me ...the weather is decent and I was able to get the grocery shopping done today (another chore I dislike)
