Riding the Storm Out Was Easy this Time

And here we are, in the midst of a typically weird Colorado winter. I've been wearing shorts for three weeks now, it's been so nice. However, we just had a pretty intense storm. It snowed, hard, enough to accumulate an inch or two of wet, heavy, slushy snow, in less than an hour.
Then, just as suddenly as it came, it stopped. And the sun is out. And I'm still in shorts. And while we do get more than our fair share of monster snowstorms, we also get a lot of these. It's all part of the privilege of living in Colorado.
The forecast calls for more snow on Sunday. I'm gonna stick with the shorts!

The snow is beautiful, hope your enjoy the view its beautiful to me. But it can get messy. And the weather has been crazy, I too have also been wearing shorts this January and February. Enjoy your shorts lol!!!

@teamfreak16 I would have to say July is my worst month the it be extremely hot and might and I can't stand it lol. Males me wanna wash all the time whwn its like that.

The inconsistent shower of snow deprived me of an experience I so wanted .A few years ago I was in Florida and my nephew in Colorado told me they were were having inches of snow. I thought it would wait for me but it did not when i reached there a few days later.

So did you get more snow this weekend? This season we have the mixed bag of weather - including showers, rain, wind, sunny warm days, sunny cold days, almost hot - and now chilly mornings and evenings again. We are thrown off by the rain (but I love it) as we haven't gotten this much in years. I got in one day this week where I could wear a tank and shorts - but all the rest of the days I couldn't figure out how to dress!
