I guess I got the days mixed up....

I had myself all stressed out about my Cardiologist appointment today and it turns out that it is only tomorrow. lol I guess I can breath now lol and worrying about it again when tomorrow gets here.
Oh well it is another beautiful Spring like day here. I am headed out for a walk on my lunch break. It is nice to get out and get some fresh air, it helps break up the work day.
I hope everybody is enjoying their Monday and that this week is a good one for all of you!!

I am glad that you can get outside during your lunch break and enjoy the spring weather, it really helps me feel better when I take a break like that.
I hope that you don't stress too much tomorrow, the doctor needs to help you.
I have my annual physical tomorrow with my family doctor, it will be bitter-sweet because after he renews my prescriptions I'll have to tell him that we are moving and I'll be getting another primary care physician. But I do need those refills first unfortunately.

@Happy2BeMe I know just what you mean, I stress over going to see my doctor. He has no bedside manner, and he has caused me to cry on more then one occasion. But tomorrow, as soon as he sends off the fax for the prescription refill, I will say what is on my mind, and not take any of his rude comments back-or so I say today........tomorrow might be another story!

Hope all goes well for your tomorrow. I hope you are able to find a good doctor where you are moving. I just always stress about doctor visits. I am sure everything will be fine.

The weather is fairly decent here but not quite warm enough to call it spring. I ran out to do some errands earlier and only wore a fleece. Perfect for your lunch time walk and don't stress too much about your doctor appointment
